There are two lifts in this station, between platform and street level. The lift from platform 1, southbound is in the foyer of the ticket office, whilst that from platform 2, northbound is in a separate room at the northwest end of the station building.
There is tactile paving outside these lifts, at each level and there are clear spoken announcements.
The lift is on the right-hand side of the foyer as you come into the station. The call button (Down) is to your right (southwest) of the door, you go in facing southeast.
The lift is beyond (southwest of) the open area behind the steps to the bridge. you go in facing southeast, the call button (Up) is to your right (southwest) of the door.
The control panel is on the right-hand (southwest) side with buttons in three rows:
The lift is in a small, rectangular space, which you go in via the door on your right as you move away (northwest) from the ticket office. Having come into this space, the lift door is on your right after a few metres. The call button (Down) is to your right (southwest) of the door, you go in facing southeast.

The lift is beyond (southwest of) the rear of the steps to the bridge. The call button (Up) is about 50cm to your right (northwest) of the door, you go in facing southwest.
There are two control panels, one to your left as you come in from the platform, the other control panel is to your rightt (southwest) as you come in at street level. Note that the other door is to your right (northwest), as you come in from the platform.
