If possible, you should arrange assistance in advance by phoning 0800 912 2901.
Staff are available in the ticket office, which is open 05:30 – 23:15 Monday to Saturday, 08:40 – 23:05 Sunday.
As you come in from the main entrance, go through the first door on your left then bear right (about 1 o'clock) for the sales windows, the one at the far right as a variable height counter and induction loop. You should leve via the other door then turn left towards the gate line.
Staff are also available at the gate line in the main concourse.
There's a help point at the beginning of platform 2 and one each side of the gates on platform 4.
Note that the one outside the gates is a normal help point, such as those found on other Scotrail stations, whilst the one inside the gates has a push button and camera via which you should show your pass or ticket to staff.
