There's a unisex, accessible toilet on platform 1. As you leave the ticket office, turn left and find the door just before the end of the building, there's a rail jutting out from the wall just before this door.

There's a push button to your right of the door, which must be enabled by staff in the ticket office.

Staff are available Monday to Saturday 06:20 – 20:04, Sunday 09:10 – 16:45.
