This is a park and ride station, a few hundred metres south of Blackridge village. An extensive car park lies along the north side of the station.
There are three entrances/exits to this station, from the south side of the car park. From the east:
Note, there are no entrances/exits on the south side of this station, so platform 1, westbound must be reached by stairs or ramp via the bridge.
You go up nine steps, going south to join the mid-point of the ramp to platform 2. Continue south to the wall, turn right (west) and go up the ramp. Turn left (south) at the top of the slope. From here you can continue south onto platform 2, turn left (east) and continue up the ramp onto the bridge, or take the turning right towards the ticket machine and steps to the bridge.
You go up the first slope, going east, at the top, the west steps are to your left. Turn right (180 degrees, west) then go to the top of this slope and turn left. From here, you can continue south onto the platform, turn left (east) for the ramp to the bridge or take the turning right for the ticket machine.
You go up seven steps, going south, turn left (east) and go up five steps, going east to the path towards platform 2. The ticket machine is on your left, just before the fence juts out. From here, you can turn right (180 degrees, west) for the steps to the bridge, or move right then continue along the path and take the turning right (south) for the platform.
This is an isolated park and ride station. Details of local roads lie beyond the scope of this survey.
We found no bus stops within the scope of this survey.
The station car park is on the north side of the station. There are five disabled persons parking bays along the south side of the car park, between the foot of the ramp (east) and steps (west). The vehicle drop-off/pick-up area is east of these, just beyond the foot of the ramp.
The bike shelter is a few metres east of this, just beyond the east steps.
