This is normally an unmanned station, so you should arrange for assistance in advance by phoning 0800 912 2901.
There are RNIB REACT beacons on the platforms and beside each entrance/exit to the station. See the Environs page and the detailed description of the platform for details.
The help point is beside (south of) the shelter, which is about half way along the platform.
This help point has a metal, rectangular housing with two buttons. The left-hand button is for assistance, whilst the right-hand one is for train information.
We're advised that we're being monitored via CCTV when using this service.
