FIND AN EXIT FROM THE PLATFORM |
DESCRIBE ONLINE |
If you're travelling south, towards Newcraighall, the doors that open will be on your left as you face the front of the train. If you're travelling north, towards Edinburgh, they'll be on your right.
Get off the train and turn left towards the north exit, right towards the south. If you find a downward slope, you've overshot the exit.
Although this offers level access, it's the further exit from the Jewel and Esk College. Follow the path, which veers right then left onto the west side of Gilberstoun. Note that there's no pavement on this side, so you'll need to cross this relatively quiet road.
Note that there's an RNIB REACT beacon to your left as you leave the platform and another to your right, just before you reach the road.
Leave the platform and go up three flights of steps then continue onto the west side of Brunstane Road South. Note that there's no pavement on this side, so you'll need to cross this relatively quiet road.
Note that there's an RNIB REACT beacon to your left as you leave the platform and another to your right, just before you reach the road.
