This is normally an unmanned station, so you should arrange for assistance in advance by phoning 0800 912 2901.
There are two help points on this station, one immediately to the east of the shelter on platform 2 and the other a few metres west of the shelter on platform 1.
The help points are housed in a rectangular metal box, about 120 cm from the ground. There are two buttons towards the bottom of the unit, the left-hand button is for assistance whilst the right-hand is for train information.
A circular sign above the unit explains that users will be videoed and that calls are routed to the ScotRail information centre.
