There are four entrances to this station, all of which bring you onto platform 2, westbound towards Glasgow, Stirling and Dunblane.

From the car park, north of The XS Superbowl, go up ten steps going north onto the platform, you're towards the west end of the platform, near the front of the train.
For the westbound, platform 1, turn right at the top of the steps, continue past the two pillars and the railings which appear on your right. You can turn right (180 degrees) here and go over the bridge onto platform 1, or continue past the shelter to reach the ramp.
If you use the steps, go up two flights of steps, turn right and take the first turning right, down two flights of steps onto the platform, you're near the rear of six car trains, but about in the middle of shorter ones.
From the east side of Stirling Road, just north of Nailer Road, follow the ramp up (north) then turn left and continue, over Stirling Road, into the station. Take the turning right (if you reach a downward slope you've overshot), then take the turning left and continue to the top of the ramp. The Help Point is in front of you, with the shelter beyond this. move to your right of the shelter onto platform 2. You'll need to continue west, under the bridge, to reach the rear of shorter trains.
For Platform 1, turn left at the top of the ramp then take the turning right, beyond the shelter and continue over the bridge
Go up the ramp, at the top turn left then left again and continue to the top. The Help Point is in front of you, with the shelter beyond this. move to your right of the shelter onto platform 2. You'll need to continue west, under the bridge, to reach the rear of shorter trains.
For Platform 1, turn left at the top of the ramp then take the turning right, beyond the shelter and continue over the bridge
Go up nine steps from pavement level, the ramp towards platform 1 is in front of you. Turn right for platform 2, westbound, past the help point and shelter to your left, then turn left onto the platform. You'll need to continue, under the bridge, to reach the rear of shorter trains.
For Platform 1, continue (west) to the top of the ramp, turn right and continue to the end of the bridge. Turn right again (east), go to the bottom of the first slope then turn left (180 degrees) and continue to the bottom of the ramp. Turn left, across the foot of the steps to your right, then turn left along the platform. You're near the rear of six-car trains and about in the middle of shorter ones.
Note that there's a metal railing in front of you, beyond the foot of the steps, you need to go round this to reach the platform.
