The Lower Concourse

Describe Online

Overview

This is a generally rectangular space with the two entrances from Cannon Street on the south side and the steps and lift to the upper concourse from the south. At the time of our survey, the ticket sales windows were on the left-hand (east) side, though we understand this will change as the refurbishment progresses.

Note that the east entrance to the station leads straight to the upper concourse and does not enter this part of the station.
