The main ticket office is towards your right, on the far side of the concourse as you enter via the main entrance from the forecourt. If you went to the far right-hand corner, you'd find the customer help desk, move to your left. The first gangway, bounded by barriers, is for advance bookings, you approach to your left (10:30), there are four windows. The second gangway, also bounded by barriers, is for same day travel, approach to your right (1:30), there are two windows.
There's a small ticket office in the main corridor, on your left as you enter from the car park. This was closed at the time of our survey.
