There's a glass waiting room on each platform. That on platform 1, eastbound is just beyond (west of) the foot of the steps from the bridge, whilst that on platform 2, westbound, is beside (west of) the ticket office.

There’s a help point outside this waiting room, on the west wall. the left-hand button is for assistance, whilst the right-hand one is for train information.
This is a glass building with seating rails around the three side and two entrances/exits from the platform.
