Within the Station

If possible, you should arrange assistance in advance by phoning 0800 912 2901.

Staff are available in the ticket office Monday - Friday 06:45-20:30, Saturday 08:10 - 15:00, Sunday 11:30 - 17:00.

As you go into the ticket office from the car park, the sales window, with induction loop is to your right, that is to your left as you come in from platform 2.

Help Points

There's a help point on each platform and a ScotRail help phone on platform 2, just to your left as you leave the ticket office, open the box, lift the receiver then press * for assistance.

On Platform 1, Southbound

The help point is just beyond the start of the building as you turn left from the foot of the ramp.

On Platform 2, Northbound

The help point is on the wall of the building, just beyond the first door on your right as you move away from the gap to the car park.
