In addition to the normal help points, there is a ScotRail Assistance Phone on platform 2, outside the ticket office.

The normal help points have a metal, rectangular housing with two buttons. The left-hand button is for assistance, whilst the right-hand one is for train information. We're advised that we're being monitored by CCTV whilst using this service.


There's a help point on each platform.

On Platform 1, Southbound

The help point is just beyond the start of the building as you turn left from the foot of the ramp.

On Platform 2, Northbound

The help point is on the wall of the building, just beyond the first door on your right as you move away from the gap to the car park.

There's also a ScotRail help phone on this platform, just to your left as you leave the ticket office, open the box, lift the receiver then press * for assistance.
