As you enter the concourse from the Disabled Persons Parking Area (west entrance), The ticket sales/assistance windows are on the opposite side of the concourse - cross the concourse and turn left. The passage to platforms leaves the concourse to your left. Note, there is a pillar, with a ticket machine and timetables, in the middle of the concourse.
As you enter the concourse from the taxi rank (south entrance), The ticket sales/assistance windows are to your right (2 o'clock) and the passage to platforms leaves the concourse from the left end of the opposite side. Move left, to avoid the central pillar before turning right to locate the passage.
As you enter the concourse from the bus stops (east entrance), the ticket sales/assistance windows are to your right and the passage to platforms leaves the concourse from the diagonally opposite corner. To avoid the central pillar, cross to the west side of the concourse and turn right.
Enter the passage, which runs under the middle of each platform.
For platform 1, locate the first opening on your right and go up two flights of stairs and turn left onto the platform.
For platforms 2 - 3, Locate the second opening on your right and go up two flights of stairs. Platform 2 is to your right, 3 to your left. Alternatively, pass the first opening on your left, which is for staff only and take the first lift.
For platforms 4 - 5, locate the third opening on your right and go up two flights of stairs. Platform 4 is to your right, 5 to your left. Alternatively, pass the first opening on your left, which is for staff use only, and take the second lift.
