Describe Online

This is a park and ride station, on the south side of an extensive car park.

We noted housing some distance away, on each side of the station, details of which lie beyond the scope of this survey.

Entrances and Exits

There is one entrance/exit to this station, leading south from the car park.

As you move away from the car park, you pass the foot of the ramp, followed by the steps, up east onto the bridge, to your left before you reach the eastbound platform 2.

Note, there's no access to this station from the south (platform 1) side.

Local Road Crossings

Details of the local road network lie beyond the scope of this survey. We presume that customers would be driven to and from this station, unless they're already familiar with the area.

Local Buses

We found no bus stops within the scope of this survey.

Local Features

The following was found on a notice beside the entrance on platform 2:

There's no taxi rank, the nearest bus stop is in Castle Road.

The disabled persons parking bays are on the south side of the car park, just west of the entrance to platform 2. There's a vehicle pick-up/drop-off area just north of the foot of the ramp. There are two bike shelters in the car park, west of the entrance.
