Ideally, you should book assistance in advance by phoning East Coast Trains on 08457 225 333.
Alternatively, staff are available in the ticket office. The sales windows, with split level counter and induction loop, are to your right as you come in from the forecourt, or to your left as you come in from the platform. There are automatic doors at each entrance to the ticket office.
There's an assistance phone on the right-hand side of the path from the forecourt, as you approach the platform. That is to your left as you leave. This is a metal box with a door hinged on the left. Open this to access the phone.
