FIND AN EXIT FROM A PLATFORM |
DESCRIBE ONLINE |
See the Environs page for details of the routes to and from the station.
There's an exit leading directly from each platform, the east exit to the car park, leads from the southbound platform 2, whilst the west exit via the path, leads from the northbound platform 1.
To reach either exit, you can change platforms via the bridge or, for a step-free route, via the local road network, we believe this would be about 1 KM in all.
The doors will normally open on your left as you face the front of the train. We say "normally" as we understand some trains terminate here, at the time of our survey, it wasn't clear which platform is used by these services. There is tactile paving along the edge of each platform.

From the rear of the train, you'll pass a series of posts, beside the fence on your left, then a set of seats before you reach the shelter. Go into the second entrance to this shelter and continue through the gap facing you, into the car park. The stop for the Airport bus is a few metres to your right, you'll probably need to move forward about three metres to avoid the parked vehicles before turning right.
From the front of the train, you'll pass a series of posts in the gravel on your right, then a set of seats before you reach the shelter. Continue, beyond this to the steps to the bridge, in front of you.
Go up two flights of steps, turn left, continue to the end then turn left again and go down two flights of steps onto platform 2.
