The help points in this station have a rectangular, metal housing with a speaker/microphone grill at the top. Below this is a label, then a small square button, towards the right-hand side for automated train information. There's a larger, rectangular button towards the bottom of the unit to press for assistance. Note that this service is monitored by CCTV.
There's an induction loop associated with each help point
There's a help point on each platform.
The help point is just before (south of) the shelter.
The help point is just beyond (north of) the shelter. Note that the induction loop for this help point is on the other side of the shelter.
