From Staff in the Station

If possible, you should arrange assistance in advance by phoning 0800 912 2901.

Staff are available in the travel centre which is to your right as you come into the station. There are also staff at the gate line, beside the wide aisle gates, towards the right-hand end of the gate line as you come into the station.

There's also a ticket sales/information desk to your left as you leave the lift from platform 1. From other platforms, turn left and continue beyond the lift from platform 1, the desk is in front of you.

Help Points

There's a help point on each platform, just beyond the foot of the steps from the concourse.
