In the Ticket Office

If possible, you should arrange assistance in advance by phoning 0800 912 2901.

Staff are available at the gate line to your left and at the ticket sales windows, which are to your right as you come into the station from the forecourt.

On the Platforms

There's a help point on each platform. There's an assistance phone near the top and bottom of the steps between the bridge and platforms 0 - 1. At the upper level, the phone is to your left before you reach the top of the stairs, whilst at the bottom the phone is again on your let, just before the foot.

There's a push button with intercom to your right, beyond the billboard, as you face the doors from platforms 0 - 1 to the car park. The doors are remotely controlled by staff. If you need to go into the station via this route, we suggest you seek advice from staff in the ticket office. Note that the car park was under development at the time of our survey.
