FIND AN EXIT FROM A PLATFORM

Overview

The normal platform usage in this station is as follows:

There is lift and stairs access between the concourse and all platforms. There is also limited escalator access in that the escalator to platform 4 was downwards at the time of our survey, whilst those from platforms 0 - 1 and 2 - 3 were upwards.

The doors will open on your left, on platforms 1 - 4, as you face the front of the train, whilst they'll open on your right at platform 0. There is tactile paving along the edge of each platform.

We believe the escalator to platform 4 brings you near the rear of the train. All lifts are in the east half of the platform, though we believe this is beside the front half of most eastbound, or rear half of most westbound trains. The steps are about in the middle of the platforms, which we believe is still beside the front half of most eastbound or the rear half of most westbound trains.
