FIND A PLATFORM FROM AN ENTRANCE |

The normal platform usage in this station is as follows:
There is stairs-only access from the ticket office to each platform, though there is a step-free route via the car park to platforms 0 - 1. The doors at this entrance are remotely operated by staff, so we suggest you seek assistance from staff in the ticket office. Details of this route were not available to us at the time of our survey owing to the building work in progress.
There is tactile paving along the edge of platforms 0 - 1, but not on the other platforms.
At the time of our survey, the rear of the westbound trains was beside the foot of the steps from the bridge, so we suggest you needn't attempt to go behind the steps on reaching the platform.
From the forecourt, go into the ticket office via either entrance. The ticket sales windows are on the right-hand wall and the gate line is to your left.
As you face the gate line, there's a manual gate at the left-hand end and the automatic entrances are to your right of this. Go through the gates.
Take the first turning right and go down two flights of steps to platform level. Platform 1 is to your left, we believe you're beside the rear of the train. Continue forward, past the building in the middle of the island platform. Platform 0 is then on your right.
Take the second turning right. Note that these steps are divided into two sections by a central wall, we believe you're asked to keep left. Go down two flights of steps to platform level.
Platform 2 is to your right, we believe you're beside the rear of the train. Platform 3 is to your left, you're near the front.
Continue to the end of the bridge then turn right and go down two flights of steps to platform level, we believe you're beside the rear of the train, on your right.
