Description

The help points on this station have a metal, rectangular housing with two buttons. The left-hand button is for assistance, whilst the right-hand one is for train information. We're advised that we're being monitored by CCTV whilst using this service.

Location

On Platform 1

• On the wall beyond the remotely operated doors to the car park. The help point is just before the wall retreats across the end of platform 0.

On Platforms 2 - 3

• On the near end of the row of timetables before you reach Cafe Ritazza and the waiting room.

On Platform 4

• On the second pillar past the door to the Station Supervisor's office, as you go away from the steps from the bridge.
