PLATFORM 4 |
DESCRIBE ONLINE |
This is a separate platform along the south side of the station, serving trains to Bathgate, Inverness via Stirling, Glasgow Queen Street, Glasgow Central and Dunblane.
There is stairs-only access between this platform and the bridge towards the east end of the platform. We understand, however, that a lift is to be installed shortly.
The Pumpkin Cafe, including phone and toilets is about in the middle of the covered section of this platform.
There is no tactile paving along the edge of this platform.
From the bridge, you go down 12 then 14 steps, going west, to platform level. There's a hand rail to each side of these steps, but no tactile flooring at the top or bottom.
