This is an unstaffed station, however, you may be able to arrange assistance in advance by phoning 0800 912 2901.
There's a help point on each platform.
The help point is at the far corner of the waiting area as you come in through the entrance from the forecourt. You pass the opening into the waiting area before you reach the wall, with the help point, on your right. Note, this is under a low awning.
The help point is on your right as you reach the platform from the Hermiston Gait entrance. You pass the doors to the bridge, with a rail jutting out before and after the doors, then the help point on the corner of the wall on your right.
