There is lift and stairs access between platforms via the bridge.
The doors will open on your left as you face the front of the train. There is tactile paving along the edge of each platform.

As you go from the front of longer trains, you pass a series of posts before you reach the first shelter. We understand the two car stop is at the first post beyond this shelter. Take the turning right.
As you go from the rear of longer trains, you may pass a series of posts before you pass a shelter with open entrances. Beyond this is the waiting area before the exit, take the turning left.
Follow the right-hand side, past the first rail jutting out then turn right and go through the automatic doors in front of you.
Note that the steps are to your left and it is possible to walk underneath these, we suggest you continue to the wall in front of you before turning right to the lift, or left to the steps.
As you face the lift, the call button is to your right of the door and there's a Press to Speak button above this. Go up to Level 1, bridge and leave via the same door.
Turn left, then left again, continue along the passage and take the turning left at the end. Note, if you overshoot this turning you may find the rail or steps down in front of you.
Turn left again to the lift. The call button is to your left of the door with a Press to Speak button above it. Go down to Level G, platform, leave via the same door and turn right. Continue, through the automatic doors then turn right and continue onto the platform, we believe you're beside the rear half of the train.
Turn left, go up three flights of steps, turning left after each. After the third flight, take the turning left, go up two flights of steps, turning left after each then go up a final flight of steps to platform level.
Continue, over the bridge, if you find a rail in front of you, move right for the steps down. Go down three flights of steps, turning left after each. After the third flight, take the turning left then go down three more flights, turning left after each then continue, through the automatic doors. Turn right and continue onto the platform, we believe you're beside the rear half of the train.

Turn left beyond the first rail and go through the automatic doors in front of you.
Note that the steps are to your right and it is possible to walk underneath these. We suggest you continue forward to the wall in front of you before turning left for the lift or right for the steps.

Go up three flights of steps, turning right after each. After the third flight, turn right and go up two more flights of steps, turning right after each, then go up the final flight of steps to bridge level. Continue over the bridge, at the end, if you find the rail in front of you, move right for the steps.
Go down three flights of steps, turning right after each. After the third flight, turn right then go down three more flights of steps, turning right after each. You're now at platform level, continue through the automatic doors in front of you, turn left and continue onto the platform. We believe you're beside the front half of the train.
