If possible, you should arrange for assistance in advance by phoning one of the following numbers, which were correct at the time of our survey:
Staff are available at the gate line in the concourse. Alternatively you can request assistance in the travel centre, on your right as you go into the main building, or at Station Reception, which is opposite Left Luggage.
The Crosscountry Customer Reception is currently in a portakabin on platform 11.
