Platforms 12 TO 18

Overview

This section of the station is gated. All the platforms in this section are bay platforms leading west. Tracks 12, 13 and 18 start some distance west of tracks 14 - 17.

Platform12 is a separate platform along the south side of this section, although it is physically sharing an island platform with platform 11. Track 18 is a single track along the north side of the island platform 17 - 18. The platform lying to the north of track 18 is not used, although it physically shares an island platform with platform 19.

There is tactile paving along the edge of these platforms.

Note that the ScotRail ticket office and First Class Lounge are on the south side of this space, jutting across the beginning of platform 12 plus tracks 12 - 13.
