The ticket sales windows are at the far end of the left-hand side as you come in from the car park, or immediately on your right as you come in from the platform. The ticket office is staffed between 06:25 and 19:30 Monday to Saturday and 10:25 to 18:05 on Sunday.
We strongly recommend you arrive well in advance of your train departure time and check from which platform your train will depart. Platform 1 can be used bi-directionally and, whilst the route to platform 2 via the bridge is straightforward, the accessible route is via a significant detour through the local road network.
