There are two kinds of help point on this station.
The standard help points have a rectangular housing with two buttons, the left-hand button is for assistance, whilst the right is for train information. You're advised that you're being monitored by CCTV whilst using this service.There's a standard help point on each platform:
We found this beyond the standard help point on the wall of the ticket office on platform 1. This has a flat housing with an information button above an emergency button. We understand this is coupled to an induction loop system, though we haven't tried this in practice.
