There are two kinds of help point on this station.

Standard Help Points

The standard help points have a rectangular housing with two buttons, the left-hand button is for assistance, whilst the right is for train information. You're advised that you're being monitored by CCTV whilst using this service.

There's a standard help point on each platform:

On platform 1, on the wall of the ticket office, turn left on reaching the platform.
On platform 2, to your left of the waiting room, on a separate post, as you face the doors.

Induction Loop Help Point

We found this beyond the standard help point on the wall of the ticket office on platform 1. This has a flat housing with an information button above an emergency button. We understand this is coupled to an induction loop system, though we haven't tried this in practice.
