The counter is on the south side of the concourse, follow the left-hand side away from the platforms, turn right at the end to find the second counter on your left.

There are two London Travel information windows in the north side of the building towards the southeast corner of the concourse, continue forward from the upward escalator from the Underground station to find the building, turn left and follow the building round to your right. Alternatively, the windows are to your right as you approach the passage towards the taxi rank.
