FIND A PLATFORM FROM AN ENTRANCE
See the Environs page for details of the route from the Exhibition Centre.
There is lift and stairs access to the ticket office, then step-free access to each platform.
We found no intercom or help point at street level during our survey.
There is no tactile paving along the edge of either platform.
As you come into the station from the Exhibition Centre, you pass the gap to the stairs on your left before the rail jutting out towards you, beside the short ramp to the lift, move to your left of this rail.
As you come in from the other entrance, follow the right-hand side, locate the rail on your right then turn right (180 degrees) round the end of this rail.
Continue to the lift door, in front of you, the call button is to your right of the door. Go down to platform level, leave via the same door. There's a rail to your right, go down the short ramp, to the end of this rail then turn right. The sales window, with induction loop and fixed height counter, is in front of you.
As you come in from the Exhibition Centre, take the first turning left.
As you come in from the other entrance, follow the right-hand side, beyond the rail on your right, then turn right.
Continue, down three steps, turn left then go down a flight of steps. Turn left (180 degrees) then go down another flight of steps into the ticket office. The sales window, with induction loop and fixed height counter, is on your left, after a few metres.
Follow the right-hand side, taking the turning right then continue through the doors onto the platform. We believe you're near the rear of longer trains and behind the rear of shorter ones.
GO TO END
Follow the left-hand side, taking the turning left and continue through the doors onto the platform. We believe you're beside the front half of longer trains and about in the middle of shorter ones.
