The help points on this station have a metal, rectangular housing with two buttons. The left-hand button is for assistance, whilst the right-hand one is for train information. We're advised that we're being monitored by CCTV whilst using this service.


There's a help point on each platform.

On Platform 1, Eastbound

The help point is just beyond the ticket office building as you move away from the front of the train. Note that there's a pillar, jutting out from the wall, before you reach this help point.

Alternatively, the help point is just beyond the first exit to the car park as you move away from the rear of longer trains.

On Platform 2, Westbound

The help point is outside the waiting room, turn right towards the exit to the south car park. As you come onto the platform from the south car park, the help point is on your left, about a metre beyond the end of the wall on your left.

Note, this is in the platform, about a metre out from the wall.
