Although there are ticket machines in the upper and tower concourses, these are inaccessible to vision impaired people, so we suggest you use the ticket sales windows.
Turn right from the lift or from the top of the left-hand stairs from the lower concourse, the windows are in front of you.
Turn left from the top of the escalator or main stairs, go beyond the rail beside the stairwell then turn left.
There's a queuing system, queue from the right as you face the windows.
There are two windows on your left a few metres after you come into the station.
