PLATFORMS 11 TO 14
The former platforms 12 - 13 have been renumbered 14 - 15. The former platform 11A has been removed and two new platforms, 12 - 13 have been created where the original road used to be. These platforms stop at the end of the covered part of the station. As a result, platforms 11 - 12 and 13 - 14 are now island platforms.
There is tactile paving along the edge of each platform.
The road has been terminated within the station to provide access to emergency vehicles. There's now a turning circle north of the ends of tracks 14 - 15.
An L-shaped gate line runs across the beginning of platform 11 then turns south, ending just east of the escalators to the low level concourse. See details of the concourse for more information.
The floor texture changes from tiles to concrete. There is tactile paving near the edge of each platform.

Go through the gate line. If you've come in through the side gates, turn right, otherwise follow the right-hand side which retreats beyond the well for the escalators and steps to the low level concourse. Turn right, the vehicle turning circle is in front of you, move round this to your left, past the ends of tracks 12 - 13 then turn left onto the island platform.
