Bonapartes Cafe Bar is on the upper level, reached from the west side of the main concourse. Go up a flight of steps, turn right (180 degrees) then up another flight. Turn right and continue through the entrance. Alternatively, take the lift about four metres into the concourse, slightly right of the steps, move forwards out of the recess before turning left and continuing through the entrance. Note this lift was not working at the time of our survey.
Coopers Bar is on the north side of the main concourse, to your right as you come up the two flights of steps from the Union Street entrance.
Yates's Wine Lodge is on the upper level, reached from the west side of the main concourse. Go up a flight of steps, turn right (180 degrees) then up another flight to the upper level. Turn left and continue through the entrance. This is the second door from the left on the wall in front of you. You could take the lift about four metres into the concourse, slightly right of the steps, move forwards out of the recess before turning right and continuing through the entrance. Note this lift was not working at the time of our survey. Alternatively, you can take the steps up to the right of Marks & Spencer Simply Food. Follow the slope up to the steps, you go up two flights, spiralling clockwise and turn left at the top into the entrance.

We found one chocolate vending machine on the east, (concourse) side of the building housing the steps and escalators to the lower level, opposite the start of platform 11.
