Although there are ticket machines in this station, these tend to be inaccessible to vision impaired people, so we suggest you go to the travel centre or use the ticket sales windows beside the entrance to the lower level platforms, inside the Dundas Street entrance.
Note that there are no manned ticket sales facilities at the east entrance to the lower level, off North hanover Street.
This is on the west side of the concourse.
Go into the concourse and continue forward about three metres to avoid the tables outside the food outlets then turn left and continue into the passage towards the Dundas Street entrance. Folllow the right-hand side of the passage, take the turning right and locate the entrance to the travel centre on your right.
The entrance to the travel centre is about in front of the middle doors. If you come in through the right-hand (south) doors, cross the passage leading to your left then move to your left to locate the entrance to the travel centre, in front of you. If you come in through the left-hand (north) doors, turn right and follow the left-hand side and locate the entrance to the travel centre, just before the end of the building on your left.
Go into the concourse, turn right and follow the gate line (on your right) to the other end then turn left. Take the turning right into the passage. Follow the right-hand side then take the turning right and locate the door to the travel centre on your right.
There are two sets of doors. We presume those on the west side, just inside the Dundas Street entrance are the entrance to the ticket office, whilst those on the east, leading into the concourse, are the exit.
The queuing system favours this, as you go between barriers just beyond (east of) the west doors. You queue from the west, turn left (west then right (east) past the windows, towards the concourse. There are five windows, numbered 1 to 5, from east to west.
