This is offg the east side of the concourse, between the forecourt at the North Hanover Street entrance and the left luggage area.
As you leave the station via the North Hanover Street exit, the doors are to your right. These opened automatically. We found, however, that they didn't open automatically when we tried to leave, I think this was a temporary problem. You may have to push them open.
As you go into this area, you pass the lockers on your left before you reach the doors on your left into the lounge.
