The station is on the north side of Inverkip Street (east/west), just east of the junction with Newton Street (north) and Roxburgh Street leading southeast.
There are two sets of pull doors into the ticket office. Each set of doors consists of a pull door and a fixed panel.
There’s a road crossing a few metres east of the east entrance. This is a single-stage crossing with tactile paving and sounder. The post with push button and rotating cone is to your right as you cross in either direction.
We found no bus stops within the scope of our survey.

There’s a taxi rank on the northeast side of Roxburgh Street, just east of the junction followed by a large car park between Roxburgh Street and Inverkip Street which does not seem to be associated with the station.
