This is a terminus of the Paddington - Heathrow Connect service.
The station has a single island platform running northeast with platform 1, seldom used except on Sundays, lying southeast of platform 2, serving trains to Heathrow Terminals 1, 2 and 3.
The passage from the escalators leads northeast into the central reservation between the platforms. This passage is joined, from the southeast, by the passage from the lifts.
Note that there is free transit between Heathrow terminals, so there are no ticket gates in this station. There is, however, a ticket machine in the passage before you reach the central reservation.
There is level access between the platforms, escalators and lifts. We therefore believe the station is accessible to Guide Dog and wheelchair users.
