If possible, you should arrange assistance in advance via the airline or train operating company. Staff are available in and around the platforms to assist as necessary.
There are three help points on each platform.
The tall unit is mounted on a pole. There's a speaker grill and a button marked “I” for information. There’s a yellow beacon at the top labelled “help”.
