If possible, you should arrange assistance in advance by phoning 0800 912 2901.

Alternatively, you can ask for assistance in the travel centre or use the help point in the concourse.

The help point is on the pillar outside WH Smith, which is on the right-hand side of the concourse, as you come in via the main entrance. The help point is a rectangular box with two buttons. The left-hand button is for assistance, whilst the right-hand one is for train times.
