PLATFORM 2, SOUTHBOUND
This is a separate platform along the east side of the station serving trains towards Troon, Ayr and Stranraer. There is tactile paving along the edge of the platform.
This platform can be reached via the ramp from the forecourt or via stairs from the ticket office.
You go up 13 then 12 steps, going west. There’s tactile paving at the top and bottom of these steps, which are divided by a double central rail. At the top, turn right (north) and go through the door then turn left onto the platform.
See the Environs page for details of the forecourt.
