As the concourse is still undergoing significant redevelopment, we suggest you go to the main ticket office, to your left, before the new entrance to the Underground station, as you go in via the main entrance.

Alternatively, there's the customer Information Desk, in the concourse, opposite platform 5, but nearer the main entrance than the platforms.

As the platforms in the suburban section are gated, you could introduce yourself at one of the Wide Aisle Gates. There's one at the near end of the first gate line and a Wide Aisle Gate at each end of the second. See the description of the Suburban concourse for details.

Note that the station is undergoing redevelopment, so this situation may change.
