Staff are available in the ticket office. As you go in via the main entrance, from Muir Hall Road, the sales window is on your left, just before the doorway to the bridge.
There's a help point on each platform.
There are RNIB REACT beacons on each platform, on the bridge at the top of the ramp from platform 2 and in the waiting room on platform 1.
