Description

The help points in this station have a rectangular housing with two buttons. The left-hand button is for assistance, whilst the right-hand button is for train information. We're advised that we're being monitored by CCTV whilst using this service.

Location

On Platform 2

The help point is to your right of the windows to the waiting area, as you face away from the tracks.

On Platform 1

The help point is just beyond the waiting room as you go towards the front of the departing train.
