There's a help point and emergency phone outside the main entrance, on the far side of the pavement between the two sets of doors.

There's an information kiosk in the middle of the north concourse, opposite the Olympia Leisure amusement arcade.

There's an information desk on the west bridge, between the lifts to platforms 9 to 11 and 12 to 13.

Alternatively, you can seek assistance in the Travel Centre, though there are six steps down from the walkway. Level access is available from the entrance in New Station Street. You can also seek assistance at the automatic ticket gates which came into operation on 26 October 2021
