If possible, you should arrange assistance in advance by phoning 0800 912 2901.
Alternatively, staff are available in the ticket office on platform 2, between 06:45 and 22:00. The sales windows are to your right as you come in from the station entrance. If you come in from the platform, turn right, the sales windows are on your left after a few metres.
There's a help point outside the waiting room on platform1 and another on the outside wall of the ticket office on platform 2.
