Staff are available at the ticket sales windows. From the main entrance, continue forward into the ticket office and find the windows on your right after a few metres. From the step-free entrance, turn right, continue into the ticket office and find the windows on your left after a few metres. There's an induction loop at each window.

There are RNIB REACT beacons throughout this station.
In the Ticket Office
- to your left, beyond the top of the steps, from the main entrance;
- on your right, just beyond the ticket sales windows, as you come in via the main entrance;
- on your left, just beyond the lift, as you approach the ticket office from the step-free entrance.
On Platform 1
- in the waiting room at the top of the steps from the ticket office, to your right as you reach the top of the steps;
- near the west end of the platform, behind the rear of the train;
- in the covered waiting area off the platform, just to your right as you leave the lift;
- near the east end of the platform, just before the six car stop post.
On Platform 2, Westbound
- at the far end of the subway, as you leave the ticket office;
- in the waiting room, to your right as you reach the top of the steps from the subway;
- near the west end of the platform, just before the six car stop;
- on the right-hand side of the path, just before you reach the platform via the step-free entrance from the car park;
- just before the exit to Back Station Road, this would be immediately to your left as you reach the platform from the top of the steps;
- near the east end of the platform, behind the rear of the train.
