Description

The help points in this station have a rectangular housing with two buttons. The left-hand button is for assistance, whilst the right-hand one is for train information.

We're warned that we're being monitored via CCTV whilst using this service.

Location

There's a help point on each platform.

On Platform 1, Eastbound

• just beyond, (east of) the covered waiting area, beside the two car stop post.

On Platform 2, Westbound

• outside the waiting room, immediately to your left as you come out onto the platform.
