The ticket office is a rectangular space within the building beside platform 1. You can go ing facing north from the forecourt, via two sets of doors with tactile flooring between these. Alternatively, you can come in from the platform via a single door leading west. Note that there was a heavy spring on this door at the time of our survey.
The ticket sales window is on the north side of this space, whilst the accessible toilet and pay phone are on the south.
There is carpeted floor throughout this space.
